The terms that apply when using this website and engaging Edwin H Graphics.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
By using this website or requesting services from Edwin H Graphics, you agree to these Terms of Use. Separate project proposals, invoices, or agreements may include additional terms specific to your project.
You may use this website to learn about our services, view work, submit enquiries, and contact us. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, copy website content for resale, or interfere with website functionality.
Prices, estimates, and timelines are based on the project scope known at the time. A quote is not final until confirmed in writing. Additional requests, new deliverables, urgent timelines, or major revisions may change the final price and schedule.
Projects normally require a confirmed brief, approved quote, and agreed payment terms before work begins. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, feedback, approvals, brand materials, access credentials, and required information on time.
Final approved deliverables become available for client use after payment has been completed, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Concepts, drafts, rejected designs, source files, strategy documents, templates, and working files remain the property of Edwin H Graphics unless specifically included in the project scope.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Edwin H Graphics may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and marketing material. Confidential or sensitive work can be excluded by written agreement.
Some projects may involve hosting providers, domain registrars, email tools, plugins, fonts, stock assets, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Their fees, licenses, uptime, and terms are separate from Edwin H Graphics unless stated in writing.
We aim to provide professional, reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, platform downtime, third-party failures, search ranking changes, missed opportunities, or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by a client.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
